• Extract data outside approved workflows
• Abuse APIs or integrations
• Upload malicious content
• Misrepresent operational information

OpsLinq may connect with external systems, data providers, communication services, payment processors, and operational tools.

Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

Paid subscriptions, billing cycles, platform modules, and enabled features are governed by customer agreements and selected services.

Access to certain functionality may depend on active subscriptions.

OpsLinq continuously improves platform functionality.

Updates, enhancements, maintenance, and feature adjustments may occur to improve performance, security, and reliability.

OpsLinq uses security-focused architecture, role-based access controls, and operational safeguards designed to protect tenant environments, users, and operational data.

Customers remain responsible for internal account management.

OpsLinq provides operational software tools but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue improvements, repair decisions, estimates, or operational results.

Users remain responsible for business decisions made using platform information.

Access may be suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms, security concerns, non-payment, or misuse of platform services.

OpsLinq may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
